Hello, my name is Angela Haynes, and I am the founder and CEO of Mathis Tax & Trucking Services. Established in 2012, Mathis Tax & Trucking Services was born out of my passion for helping truck drivers navigate the complexities of the tax system and the trucking industry. Over the years, we’ve proudly served truck drivers, carriers, small business owners, and entrepreneurs across the nation, providing them with the support they need to thrive in today’s demanding environment.
MATHIS STORY
Coming from a background deeply rooted in the challenges faced by small business owners and carriers, I recognized a gap in comprehensive services that could bridge the worlds of tax preparation and trucking compliance. I built Mathis Tax & Trucking
Services to be more than just a tax office. It’s a place where clients can find trusted support for their business needs—from ensuring tax compliance to securing trucking authorities and managing the paperwork that can otherwise hinder growth.

One of the ways we stand out is through our services as a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA). We assist clients in applying for and renewing Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs), providing invaluable support to individuals who may not qualify for a Social Security Number but still need to meet their tax obligations. Our expertise ensures that ITIN applications are handled accurately and efficiently, giving our clients the peace of mind, they deserve.
